I am an experienced Applied Theatre facilitator and Teaching Artist with expertise in Musical Theatre, Improv, Musical Improv, Puppetry, drama education, drama for social skills, theatre for social inclusion, and devising new works.

Musical IMprov coach

January 2024-Present

Washington, DC

  • Coached and mentored Pilot Cohort of the 2024 Musical Improv Conservatory program with Washington Improv Theatre

  • Provided key training in Musical Improv basics

  • Worked with cohort to foster sense of ensemble and establish cohort-led goals and outcomes

  • Provided feedback and support to musical improvisors in areas such as musicality, storytelling, scene and song structure

  • Taught Improv fun class in collaboration with Washington Improv Theatre

  • Designed 10 week lesson plan focusing on ensemble building, improv basics, and providing fun activities for after school program
